Callidus Design has been appointed by the ASA to prepare an Expert Report in response to a complaint which has been lodged regarding claims made by a company which manufactures a device claimed to improve the working efficiency of a boiler. Callidus Design provided an expert opinion on the claims and the complaint with which the ASA were able to make their deliberations on whether to uphold or reject the complaint.
