Callidus Design has been appointed by Kingsbarns Golf Links to prepare Building Warrant submission and a mechanical and electrical performance specification to allow the proposed rear extension and refurbishment of the existing clubhouse to be tendered as a Design & Build package. Together with a rationalisation of certain areas of the existing clubhouse, the new extension will provide a larger kitchen & catering facility; larger male & female washroom facilities at ground floor; new accessible WC facility; additional administration & meeting space; electric golf buggy charging area; larger shower area for the male locker room and additional plant & storage space.
