Callidus Design has been appointed by SGL Technic in Muir of Ord, to become part of a multi-disciplined team assembled to perform a HAZOP study on the installation of a new Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser (RTO). The RTO is required to abate the process exhaust from the production of Carbon Fibre in order that SGL can meet their environmental discharge consent limits determined by SEPA. Callidus Design has previously designed the support services for the RTO under a previous appointment.
